Limassol Marina Cyprus, welcoming yachts spring 2013

So far, the south eastern breakwater and land reclamation have been completed.The first show apartment is available for viewings and construction of the villas on the west side of the marina is ongoing. The marine training school has been delivered and construction of the cultural centre, shopping and dining area continues.

The Peninsula Villas and Island Villas are proving to be highly popular.One of the largest villas at the marina, able to accommodate superyachts alongside the garden, has recently sold for approximately €13 million. Limassol Marina is the only new development in Europe where owners can berth their superyacht directly outside their villa.

The Nereids Residences are available for viewing and will be completed by November 2012. As well as the villas, these apartments and penthouses are also highly sought after, with 40% already sold.

These stunning villas and residences will be complemented by an extensive commercial area due for completion in April 2013. This area will include restaurants, cafés, designer boutiques and shops, a cultural centre, spa and carpark for 750 cars.
