Marina-side Villa and Berth Packages Now Available

A selection of yacht and superyacht berths at Port Louis Marina are now available for sale, packaged with luxury villas at Port Louis. The unique development includes building lots available for purchase for private residences, with a choice of either spectacular views over the marina, or of the Caribbean Sea.
Located on the secluded and private hilltop of Port Louis, all premium villa sites have been carefully designed to enhance their individual privacy and to take maximum advantage of this outstanding setting. Comprising only 28 home lots, each can accommodate a villa of up to 6,000sq ft. There are five individual villa designs to choose from, each of which can be configured from 3-6 bedrooms. There is also provision for 32 two or three bedroom marina village townhouses on the waterside adjoining the village and marina.
Externally, the extensive living spaces are replicated and cooled by the trade winds with large, covered terraces overlooking private, landscaped tropical gardens and swimming pools. Owners may modify designs or custom design their own, subject to architectural approval. Port Louis offers a turnkey, fully furnished design service from the well-known design team of Fraser & Langlois.
All villas enjoy exotic vistas westwards over the Caribbean or to the east, high above the marina and the bustling town of St. George’s, with a backdrop of rainforest-clad mountains.
