38 years' experience in the marine sector, and a 15 year track record as a marina investor with experience of financing, developing, managing and investing in marinas and marina projects globally, including the acquisition and subsequent redevelopment and sale of Gosport Marina Limited in the United Kingdom and investment in Grand Harbour Marina Limited in Malta.

James Beaver, Chief Operating Officer

James Beaver’s experience covers senior management roles in the marine and leisure sectors, with such companies as Esporta Plc, De Vere Hotels Group and Wildwind Holidays Limited.

During his last assignment with Dean & Reddyhoff Marinas, for whom he worked for over 8 years, James was responsible for projects which included the £26.5m extensive development of a 600 berth marina and dry stack operation in Portland, Dorset; which will also be the host venue for the sailing events for the London 2012 Olympic Games.  He also played the leading role in the £4m redevelopment of East Cowes Marina.  In addition, James has extensive experience in the development and letting of marina related real estate.

Phil Ladmore, Commercial & Legal

A qualified solicitor with over 20 years experience in senior legal and commercial roles ranging from private practice, public companies and private equity backed ventures. He was Commercial Director of TI Group plc’s and Smiths Group plc’s Aerospace divisions and Commercial and Legal Director at Terra Firma backed HBS Business Services Group.

Bill Green MMI MNI, Special Projects Director & Deputy Chief Operating Officer

With 20 years' experience in the marina sector in positions including project manager for Port Gocek, Turkey and Grand Harbour Marina, Malta and operations director for Crest Nicholsons Marinas Limited. Further 15 year's experience in the Merchant Navy.

Kyriacos Kyriacou, Finance

Director and accounts and office manager within the Camper & Nicholsons Group with 14 years' experience in the marina sector working in all aspects of accounting. Joined Maris group of companies in 1977. Previously assistant supervisor with Barclays Bank.

David Mead, Finance Director - Operations & Deputy to CEO

David Mead has been with various Camper & Nicholsons companies for more than 30 years.  During this period he held the post of Managing Director for the yacht building division and now holds the post of Group Finance Director - Operations, in addition to deputising for the CEO and Operations Directors.

Being responsible for all financial arrangements of the operating companies within the group, David understands the leisure marine industry, having previously worked for well-known international yacht equipment producers. David has overseen the financial and banking arrangements for many Camper & Nicholsons’ major projects including Gosport Marina and Grand Harbour Marina. He has a wealth of experience bringing financial packages to a successful and profitable business operation.

David Johnson, Finance

A qualified chartered accountant with 25 years experience in senior financial roles with US and European public companies. He spent 16 years with TI Group where his roles included group manager of corporate finance and director of special projects.

Kurt Fraser, Sales & Marketing

Kurt Fraser’s experience includes a unique combination of brand development, luxury resort real estate, and marina sales and marketing. In his roles as Senior Director of Marketing for Playground Real Estate and International Director for Hamptons International, his assignments have included notable developments throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East. As Managing Director of Proven International, he directed sales and marketing for the launch of Porto Montenegro, one of the Eastern Mediterranean’s premier super-yacht marinas and residential developments.
