Company Structure

Following the acquisition of the Manager and the Investment Adviser, the assets of the Company are now managed by the internalised management team through the Company’s principal management subsidiary, Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International Limited, a Maltese limited liability company. The 3 marina assets are owned by Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV), each of which is in turn owned by C&N Marinas (Malta) or directly by the Company as shown below.
