Investment Adviser
The Investment Adviser, Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International Limited, is a limited liability company incorporated in Malta and chaired by Nicholas Maris. It is responsible for managing the investment, reinvestment, development and disposal of the assets of the Company and/or its subsidiaries. The directors of the Investment Adviser are Nicholas Maris, David Mead, Alain Guidice, Jack Kyriacou, Bill Green and Tarek Ragheb. The directors have 75 years of collective experience in the marina sector, including the provision of design, development, operation and consultancy services. They have been involved in the design, development and operation of both Gosport Marina in the UK and Grand Harbour Marina in Malta. In addition, they have provided a range of marina consultancy services to clients of the Camper & Nicholsons Group worldwide. The following individuals will be principally responsible for carrying out the Investment Adviser's functions:
Nicholas M. Maris
37 years' experience in the marine sector, and a 14 year track record as a marina investor with experience of financing, developing, managing and investing in marinas and marina projects globally, including the acquisition and subsequent redevelopment and sale of Gosport Marina Limited in the United Kingdom and investment in Grand Harbour Marina Limited in Malta.
David Mead, ACA
Over 25 years' experience as finance director, financial controller and group accountant within the Camper & Nicholsons Group, and over 30 years? experience in the marine sector, including over 14 years in the marina sector. Mr Mead is currently the group financial controller and managing director of Camper & Nicholsons Marinas.
Alain Giudice
Over 15 years' experience in the marina sector including over 12 years in executive positions as director of marina operations at Atlantis Marina Nassau (Bahamas), Boca Raton Resort and Club (Florida) and El Conquistador Resort and Club (Puerto Rico).
Kyriacos Kyriacou
Director and accounts and office manager within the Camper & Nicholsons Group with 14 years' experience in the marina sector working in all aspects of accounting. Joined Maris group of companies in 1977. Previously assistant supervisor with Barclays Bank.
Bill Green MMI MNI
Technical director within the Camper & Nicholsons Group with over 18 years' experience in the marina sector in positions including project manager for Port Gocek, Turkey and Grand Harbour Marina, Malta and operations director for Crest Nicholsons Marinas Limited. Further 15 years? experience in the Merchant Navy.
