Structure & Board
The assets of the Company are managed by the Investment Manager, Marina Management International Limited, a Malta limited liability company. The Investment Adviser, retained by the Investment Manager, is Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International Limited and is responsible for the management of, and/or providing investment advice on the Portfolio. The assets are owned by SPV's, each of which are in turn owned by the Malta Subsidiary.
