Operations

The principal activities of the Company are largely the development, operation and management of marinas. 

The Company is geared towards providing a high quality service to yachts, with a particular emphasis on superyachts.

Grand Harbour Marina is located within Dockyard Creek in Grand Harbour, Malta and is bordered by the three cities of Birgu, Senglea and Cospicua.  The marina is managed by a General Manager and a team of 16 including specialist berthing masters, maintenance engineers, front desk staff, an accounts officer and others.

Presently the Company owns (under a 99 year sub-emphyteusis) and operates Grand Harbour Marina.  Currently the Company operates only one marina, Grand Harbour Marina, operated and managed in association with the internationally renowned company Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Limited.

The marina currently provides a total berthing area of circa 46,000 square metres and is configured into pontoon berths for 219 yachts up to 25 metres in length, and 27 berths (or 64% of the lettable berthing area) for superyachts from 30 to 100 metres in length.
