Berth Purchase

We have berths (or slips, as they're known in the US) for sale at a variety of sizes up to 100m. Depending on the location, berths are usually available for sale on a 25, 30 or 35 year licence agreement.

Long-term berth licences offer a permanent base from which to explore the local areas and cruise longer distances knowing there is a fabulous home berth to return to. Berth purchase also presents an investment opportunity with the potential to gain revenue from sub-letting as well as seeing an increase in the asset value over time.
